Most orders are processed within 1-3 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after receiving your order confirmation email. You will receive another notification when your order has shipped.

Return Policy

Thank you for shopping with us! We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you're not happy with your order, we are happy to assist with returns under the following terms:

1. Eligibility for Returns:

• Returns are accepted within 14 days from the date your order is marked as "Delivered" according to the tracking information.
• The item must be in its original condition, unused, and sellable.

2. Return Process:

• To initiate a return, please contact us via bigleaguebait@gmail.com with your order details.
• Once we receive the returned item and confirm it is sellable, we will issue a refund to your original payment method.

3. Refund Details:

• Refunds will be issued for the purchase price of the product only.
• Initial shipping costs are non-refundable and will not be included in your refund.

4. Return Shipping Costs:

• The customer is responsible for return shipping costs unless the product was defective or incorrect.
